Today, Barack Obama announced

Over the next few months, eligible individuals who do not present a risk to national security or public safety will be able to request temporary relief from deportation proceedings and apply for work authorization. Now, let's be clear: this is not amnesty, this is not immunity, this is not a path to citizenship, it's not a permanent fix. This is a temporary, stop-gap measure that let's us focus our resources wisely while giving a degree of relief and hope to talented, driven, patriotic young people.

It really captures the phony in you."

Yes, let's be clear: this man in occupation of the the Oval Office clearly has absolutely no respect for rule of law or the citizens of the United States of America. He is a manipulative, dishonest, disingenuous traitor.

Who the hell does he think he is? Well, he thinks he's an emperor and we are lowly subjects at the mercy of his whims. Practically speaking on that account, he's right. The Republic is in its death throes.

Presenting no risk? Unchecked illegal immigration is a clear and present danger to national unity and vitality. It is a detriment to this nation socially, ecologically, financially, and economically. It is the chief executive's duty to uphold the Constitution! It is their duty to defend against unwarranted and undesirable foreign entry. A real President would

  • Insure the integrity of the international borders of the United States and fulfill his Constitutional duty per Article IV, Section 4 to defend the nation from invasion.

  • Regulate the numbers and faithfully review the qualifications of immigrants into the country.

Of course, this man is a pretender on multiple counts. Oui, j'accuse!

You want to talk about focusing our resources wisely? Overpopulation degrades and destroys our environment and the American quality of life. Already, a population of 300 million results in

  • failing infrastructure,

  • severe traffic congestion,

  • overcrowded schools,

  • urban sprawl,

  • insatiable demand for energy, and

  • intense pressure on water and other natural resources.

Overpopulation also makes freedom wane: the more people, the greater the interference with each other's activities. More government regulation becomes justifiable to referee society bursting at the seams.

Projections from various sources, including the Census Bureau, of America's immigration-driven population range between 400 and 500 million by 2050. Overwhelmingly this explosion comes from direct invasion by illegal aliens in conjunction with higher birthrates among unassimilated Hispanics, roughly twice that of white and black citizens.

America has a proud immigrant history but has no obligation to admit all comers. The country is no longer an unsettled frontier. American citizens of European and African descent average 1 to 2 children per couple; a stable rate of population replenishment for a population count already too high for the country's carrying capacity.

If Obama had true allegiance to this nation he instead would have announced

Over the next few months, in order to faithfully execute the duties of this office, we will intensify deportation of all illegal aliens back to their country of origin. I have instructed Federal law enforcement authorities to strictly enforce existing laws regarding employment of illegal aliens.

In light of our dire state of financial affairs, I call on Congress to discontinue all subsidies and public assistance to illegal aliens and their offspring, including housing, education, and legal services. In addition, a bar on importation of temporary foreign workers and a reconfiguration of the visa preference system such that it gives priority to reuniting nuclear family members and ends chain migration.

I also encourage Congress to consider a time out on immigration, excepting spouses and minor children of United States citizens, for a period of 10 years. Now, let's be clear: this is not an end to immigration. This would be a temporary action that would let us focus our resources wisely while giving a degree of relief and hope to the millions of talented, driven Americans currently unemployed or underemployed. Thereafter, restoring America's traditional level of immigration at a maximum of 250,000 eligible persons per year.

Of course, such an announcement would require a real president with actual leadership ability and the genuine interests of America at heart. Instead, we get another slap in the face.
